Nicholas Marzialo is a founding partner of our firm. He graduated from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2013 and has been a member of the Texas Bar since that same year. He also holds an MBA in finance from Cornell University and two Bachelors of Science degrees from Syracuse University, where he graduated magna cum laude from top-ranked programs. Over the course of Nicholas’ academic career, he was a member of numerous academic organizations and societies, and he was the recipient of a number of awards.

Prior to co-founding George & Marzialo PLLC, Nicholas cultivated an appreciation for immigration law by working in a corporate capacity for a wide spectrum of large, multi-national industry leaders and a disruptive and innovative startup that was eager to source top-tier talent from around the world.

Nicholas has employment experience as a lawyer for the “Big Four” accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he refined his attention to detail and love of numbers by partnering with a host of multi-national companies whose business spanned many countries and continents.

Furthermore, Nicholas has direct management experience with multi-national industry leaders, Anheuser-Busch, InBev. and SC Johnson & Son., where he led and was a member of teams that reached across continents and sourced talent globally. He also headed the S&OP team at Cometeer Coffee, a disruptive coffee tech startup, which used the H1B program to build competitive advantages.

Those experiences, taken together, were the impetus for Nicholas’ decision to join Anahita in founding George & Marzialo PLLC, and they are the foundation for his passion for immigration law. He is dedicated to making the country that he loves, the United States, stronger and more economically competitive by helping the best and brightest minds from around the world move here.
